We've known Christina and Nick for a while now, these two are always all smiles and some of the kindest most genuine people we know. We headed out to Fort Whyte for their engagement shoot, it was a cloudy day with little bit of rain thrown at us, but we still had a good time and got some great photo's. We'll be shooting their wedding this coming up January at the Manitoba Club. Hopefully mother nature treats us kindly on their big day.
Laura and Dustin were winners of a contest we held last year for a free shoot, and on this free shoot, Dustin proposed. It was magical.
We have been lucky enough to document their biggest moments in life so far, and doing so, we got to get to know them as friends as well.
Their wedding was on a beautiful sunny day, and Laura having bronchitis didn't let it slow her down. The bridal party was a wild bunch of fun - non stop laughs all day.
It was hard to narrow down just a few of our faves, so there are a plethora of photos for your viewing pleasure below!
Congrats on your marriage Laura and Dustin!
Cheers!

So we've gotten to know these two a little bit this year, we spent the day with Kevin at Scott and Carina's wedding this summer (he was the best man, and had the most epic best man speech ever!).
It's been fun getting to know them, lots of laughs and jokes with these two.
We started the shoot at Assiniboine Forest, but that didn't really last long as I think our blood supply started running low due to all of the mosquitoes attacking us. So we headed to Assiniboine Park instead, luckily there wasn't many mosquitoes there.
Really looking forward to some more good times with the two of them and documenting their wedding next year!
Enjoy

Nothing makes me more excited than meeting people who are about to become parents for the first time - it brings me right back to when I was pregnant, and I get to relive a little bit of my pregnancy through talking with them. It gives me happy feelings.
These two were both glowing with love and anticipation. You could feel the connection they had with their unborn baby, and each other. I am very much looking forward to meeting their bundle, and finally finding out if they have a son, or a daughter! In my opinion - Mommy to be was totally channeling boy!

Baby Kingston was a tiny little gem. It definitely is a constant reminder how amazing the creation of life is, and how fast they grow.
I love when families have personal touches they want incorporated with their photos - Kingston was wearing her big sisters head band, as well as a little toque that she made for her new baby sister. Adorable!

Getting to meet new babies that are so young is such a precious thing. Baby Emma was probably the most awake baby I have encountered to date. I don't mind - it just means I get to have a few extra cuddles while she drifts off to sleep!
Once she was out - she was a gem to work with. It was hard picking my favs - but here are a few of them below!

Ive known Steph for a long, long time, back in the prehistoric days of high school. and even though we live hours away these days, it's like we haven't missed a day apart when we can laugh and talk for hours. Which we did, when we took a road trip to Steep Rock, MB, to do their engagement photos.
Corey and I were having a blast climbing the rocks and getting the different angles, and Steph and Rick were naturals in front of the camera. We couldn't stop taking their pictures, and we actually shot until we literally ran out of light.
Congratulations Steph and Rick on your engagement - Corey and I are super excited to capture your wedding day next summer!

Kash & Kevin are two extremely sweet and genuine people, it was a pleasure to spend a day with them. We had some extremely hot weather to deal with and they kept their cool, even though im pretty sure Kash almost fainted. The day got broken up by a bit of rain, but as soon as it cleared up we were back at it getting more more beautiful photo's of them.
They had a gorgeous ceremony in the gardens at Assiniboine Park, such a great spot with all of the beautiful flowers. Followed up with a entertaining reception at the Qualico Centre.
Enjoy,
-Corey
Make sure to check out the same day edit video by Dean Rover Films.
Wow! What a day this was, by far the biggest wedding party we've worked with yet, and they were all super easy to work with (Thanks guys!).
Also, this was probably the largest wedding for us to date with over 400 guests!
Nerissa and Paul weren't strangers to us though, having met them last year at another wedding of ours. We also got to spend time with them a week after their wedding at Kashmere and Kevins wedding. Hopefully thats not the last time we cross paths with these two.

Sweet baby Addison is the newest addition to my family. I feel so lucky I have such adorable little babies that I get to cuddle and take photos of all of the time. Its a dream job, especially when they are super sleepy and sweet like Addison was.
Congrats to Kelsey and Devin on the arrival of their new bundle of joy.
